Who Is Connect Community Access?
Connect Community Access (CCA) brings together a group of established programs and services in one place, making it easier to learn about available options throughout California.
CCA is designed as a central point of connection, highlighting programs that support individuals, families, and communities across housing, workforce development, transportation, and community-based services.
Each program within CCA operates independently, with its own services, eligibility criteria, and support structure. CCA’s role is to make those programs visible, accessible, and easier to navigate for the people who need them most.
